Alejandro Menéndez García who have worked for 3 years (2009-2011) at Real Madrid as assistant trainer and Real Madrid B head's coach. Then he's moved to Real Racing Club de Santander with head's Coach position before join Buriram United in 2013.

Buriram United opening new Academy Director from Barcelona again.!! "Thunder Castle" looking forward to upgrade team after sign new academy director. Newin Chidchop opening new academy director name is "Josep Ferré" the man who have worked in Barcelona's academy . Josep Ferré is Spanish.He's start worked as technical director with UEFA license in Turkey on 2009, then moved to work with FCBEscola in Egypt.After that he's traveling around Asia for open Football camps in Saudi-Arabia, Morocco and Japan and came back to working in Barcelona FC in Spain before join Buriram United.

Guillermo who used to work with Barcelona for 4 years(2008-2013) then come to be a technical director at academy in Egypt. and another surprise is Guillermo come from same place as Ivan Palanco Ratchaburi FC's coach. Chairman's Newin Chidchop said "I want to improve team better than now and looking forward to make Buriram United be a best team in Asia." However, Guillermo is a third person after signed Glyn Thompson in goal keeper coach and Goran Drulić as Striker coach.
